· Corporate and, in certain circumstances, personal directors; · Registered office and domiciliation; · Maintaining principal corporate records and appropriate registers; · Verifying the investment manager’s management and performance fees; · Preparing and signing authorised board resolutions as appropriate; and · Organising shareholders meetings as required by the investment manager or local legislation.
